Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and you may need to change your booking, but we kindly ask to provide a 24h notice for all cancellations. Your appointment can be cancelled through the contact form, email, or by calling us. Spray tan appointments require advanced preparation, therefore any time slot that is cancelled late or not shown up to usually can't be re-booked. A fee of $25 will apply to any late cancellations or no-show appointments as these time slots are taken away from other clients. Any outstanding cancellation/no-show fee MUST be paid before a future tan can be booked.
